Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, please email us at support@bumpandease.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may use the carrier of their choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Please contact us before sending any items back so we can provide return instructions.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@bumpandease.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (if applicable)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different size or item, please return your original item (once approved) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process refunds.
