Shipping Policy

At Bump & Ease, each item is made especially for you. Below is an overview of our shipping process and policies.

1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We currently offer Standard Shipping within the United States.

Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, high-volume seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offer will be automatically applied at checkout.

3. Order Processing

All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Because all items are made to order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If there are any unexpected delays in production, we will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Bump & Ease is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages that occur during transit.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost before delivery, please contact us at support@bumpandease.com within 3 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information. We will review the issue and work with the shipping carrier to determine the next steps. Resolution options, if approved, may include a replacement.

Please note that orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered and are not eligible for replacement or refund.

8. Delivery Issues

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Check around your delivery location
  • Contact your local carrier for additional details

Bump & Ease is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe there has been a delivery error, please contact us at support@bumpandease.com within 3 days so we can review the situation.

9. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. When changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
